What You'll be Doing:
- Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries as the initial point of contact, ensuring consistently high standards of service whilst cultivating enduring client relationships.
- Administer a broad spectrum of administrative duties related to account management and transaction execution, adhering meticulously to internal policies and procedures for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple international locations to resolve client-related matters efficiently, escalating issues appropriately to Relationship Managers or senior management when required.
- Establish and maintain peer networks throughout the company by gathering pertinent information and fostering effective inter-office cooperation.
- Remain conversant with internal systems, procedures, manuals, and products—including general banking services, credit facilities, deposits, loans, and foreign exchange—to respond effectively to both client and internal queries.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing capacity within corporate banking or financial services where collaborative effort was paramount.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Business Japanese alongside fluent English communication skills enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
- Advanced competence in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel and Word—for efficient management of data-driven tasks.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of output at all times.
