Responsibilities:
- Support Prepare AP invoice / Employee expense processing & preparation of documentation for bank payments in accordance with Company rules and controls.
- Support Supplier Statement / Company Credit Card reconciliation
- Support Daily monitoring & data input of AR receipts and allocation of AR invoices
- Support Weekly monitoring for AR / update customer statements
- Support Accounting Journal preparation
- Support VAT Returns
- Support Exchange Rate movement analysis
- Support Revaluation of Balance Sheet items
- Support Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Japanese written and verbal skills
- Finance administration background preferred
- Basic understanding of accounts and experience with Sage would be highly regarded
- Previous administration experience is required
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and Accurate
- Competent communicator with excellent organisational/ time management skills
- Confident multi-tasker, accurate, precise and reliable
- Able to perform under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Experience working within a multicultural business environment is an advantage.
