Responsibilities
- Check invoices and maintain invoice payment schedule
- Manage contract ledger (maturities & renewals)
- Prepare renewal ringi's – confirm pricing and budget
- Complete KYC & MSA process
- Prepare monthly outsource charges (infrastructure & EUD)
- Prepare supplier contract & service profiles
- Prepare budget forecast & tracking (HO & Branch)
- Prepare meeting minutes and materials
- Maintain IT inventories
- Book and manage business trips (expenses etc.)
- Provide 1st line helpdesk support to London branch staff
- Communicate with head office to manage user IDs
- Administration of IT assets and communication with head office
- IT liaison administration work including communication with HO in Japanese
- IT computer operations backup staff (following opening & closing procedures)
Qualifications
- English & Japanese language skills
- Ability to handle some shift work (early shift starts at 07:30 AM)
- Previous experience in similar setup or administration
- Familiar with IT terminology
- Accounting knowledge
