Ref: 22932 The Skills You\’ll Need: Accounts Assistant, ACCA, AAT, payable, Japanese Your New Salary: £30-35k Office based during probation period, then hybrid Fixed Term Contract Start: ASAP Working hours: 09:00-17:30 Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant – What You\’ll be Doing: * Check incoming remittance and record details. * Prepare and send monthly statements to customers. * Create online Banking Payment files, obtain authorization of payments. * Input data to accounting Sage 50 system. * Check Sales/Costs information from Sales Departments. * Collect necessary information for UK staff and Japanese expats for monthly payroll and send the information to external payroll company. * Calculate employee’s and employer’s monthly pension contribution.
