Location: Zaventem, Belgium

Hybrid Permanent Start: ASAP

What You'll be Doing:

  • Coordinate and support strategic projects across divisions and departments
  • Organize high-level meetings including Europe Investment Committee and monthly management meetings including Board of Directors’ Meeting
  • Manage logistics: scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation
  • Maintain and manage internal approval process, legal documents
  • Record minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
  • Liaise with top management, internal stakeholders and Japan HQ to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed
  • Support the Corporate Planning Department Manager and team in ad hoc strategic tasks

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, corporate planning, or executive support
  • Experience in preparing executive-level documents and presentations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Dutch/French/German speaker and Japanese proficiency is an asset
  • Understanding of Japanese business culture
  • Must have a right to work in Belgium
