Customer Service Operations Support – What you\’ll be doing each day: Working with the Global Mobility Services team based in Newcastle providing services to employees globally in relation to mobile devices phones and tablets. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a team that has a focus on stewardship, compliance whilst delivering outstanding employee experience. Customer Service Operations Support – Main responsibilities: Completing monthly and quarterly audits to identify and eliminate stewardship risks and deliver cost savings.
