As a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the sales process, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. While estate agency experience is ideal, we are also keen to hear from proven sales professionals from other industries who consistently meet KPIs and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (estate agency preferred, but strong sales track record from any sector considered).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs.
- Full UK driving license (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop further.
