Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the sales process, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. While estate agency experience is ideal, we are also keen to hear from proven sales professionals from other industries who consistently meet KPIs and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (estate agency preferred, but strong sales track record from any sector considered).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs.
- Full UK driving license (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop further.
