Property Manager
Location: RM1 (Office based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: 5 day week
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
One or two Saturdays per month (8:30am - 5pm, but day off in lieu)
Property Manager
We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join their well established and growing independent agency in Romford.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service.
Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of around 500 properties, split between two property managers.
You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently.

- Overseeing Property Visits & Inspections

- End of Tenancy
- Customer Service
Essential experience
- Previous experience within residential Property Management
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise competing workloads
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to work independently
- ARLA preferred
- Must drive
