Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Pre-Tenancy Administrator to join their busy lettings team based at their SE12 Office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient tenancy progression process, acting as the key point of contact between landlords, tenants and internal departments from offer agreed through to move-in. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the tenancy progression process from offer acceptance through to move-in.
  • Conducting comprehensive tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks.
  • Liaising with applicants, employers, landlords and referencing providers to obtain required documentation.
  • Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and associated tenancy documentation.
  • Chasing and collecting move-in monies, including deposits and first month’s rent.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately and within required timescales.
