Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer
Location: Newbury
Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £50,000+
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Newbury area. This is an ideal role for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, listing properties and delivering outstanding customer service.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you will manage buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. Working as part of a supportive and successful team and business, the Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer will play a key role in listing properties, securing offers, progressing sales and helping to drive the continued success of the branch.
The Role
- Register and qualify buyers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Carry out market appraisals
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress agreed sales through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and solicitors
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up enquiries
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer within residential estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach
- Professional, organised and customer focused
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Full UK driving licence with own car
