Sales Negotiator
Location: HA1 Harrow area
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £50,000+
Days: 5 day week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency in the Harrow area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential property sales who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional branch.
Role Overview for Sales Negotiator
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. You will work closely with the wider sales team to drive performance and contribute to overall branch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to vendors following viewings
- Progress sales through to completion
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Support the team in achieving targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Ambitious, target-driven and motivated to succeed
- Confident negotiator
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
