Sales Valuer/ Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Camberley area

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience)

OTE: £50,000+

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (plus only the occasional short day on a Saturday)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Camberley area.

This is an ideal role for a confident and experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years experience in the UK residential sales industry is essential
• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach
• Professional, organised and customer focused
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Full UK driving licence with own car
• Experience in conducting market appraisals preferred but not essential
