We are a small, dynamic, impactful and creative user-led charity, running a variety of different projects, including Speaking Up groups and our inclusion project, the Friendship Club. The Co-Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of People First Dorset’s projects and general administration of the organisation. This post is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of People First Dorset’s projects and the general administration of the organisation, in line with the charity’s aims and objectives.
This position reports directly to the Board of Trustees, together with the other co-manager. This position has direct line management responsibility for the People First Dorset staff team. The team consists of two Project Workers, a Project Coordinator, and an Administrator, all part-time.
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Salary: £32,621 pro rata (£40,777 is the full time salary)
- Contract: 1-year contract, opportunity for extension subject to funding
- Job Starts: as soon as possible after interview
