Job Title: Food Technical Coordinator

Location: Surrey (5 days on site with no work from home)
Permanent/ Full-time
Working hours: 08:30– 17:00
Food Technical Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
- Respond to operational enquiries in a timely, polite and accurate manners;
- Support Technical Manager to achieve the technical objectives and goals. Keen to help and collaborate with other team members.
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for company’s businesses and products to ensure smooth operations and customers satisfaction.
- Maintain all aspects of coordination to a high standard.
- Be able to complete tasks within a tight time.
- Ensure complying with FS legislation as well as company Policies and SOP;
- Carry out regular housekeeping, as well as site inspections.
- Follow up all NCs raised and close in timely manor
- Work closely and communicate well with internal teams to ensure high standard of operational activities have maintained;
- Coordinate with customers complaints and carry out investigations for any incidents with related operational team(s) to provide findings and resolve problems;
- check records and forms in a regular basis, report progress and follow up any corrective actions for any missing gaps.
- Coordinate production activities where related to technical/FS functions
Food Technical Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Understanding of food safety, QC/QA/GMP checks, sampling, NC follow-up
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods would be helpful but not a must
- Experience in customer service and/or sales/suppliers
- Polite, helpful phone manner, and customer focused individual
