Sales & Business Development Manager - What You'll be Doing :
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across European markets.
Add new markets .
Identify and secure new business opportunities, distributors, and strategic partnerships.
Manage and support existing distributors, importers, and key accounts.
Drive annual sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.
Lead some internal projects to grow the business and improve operations .
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing reviews.
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and budget proposals.
Make presentations and trainings to customers .
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with technical, supply chain, and headquarters teams to support customer requirements.
Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution contracts.
Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events across Europe.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
Sales & Business Development Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed :
Business, Sales ,Marketing, or related field.
Practical experience or knowledge in the lubricants, automotive aftermarket, oil & gas, or related industry, with the ability to apply relevant industry knowledge effectively.
Proven track record in sales management and business development across multiple European markets.
Strong understanding automotive aftermarket channels, and distribution networks.
Experience managing distributors, importers, and key accounts.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
Ability to travel extensively within Europe.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English, additional European languages would be advant...
