The successful candidate will play a key role in managing corporate customer relationship while drafting comprehensive credit analyses/application and loan execution, ensuring adherence to Loan Market Association (LMA) standards and best practices.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis & Application Drafting:
Prepare detailed credit analysis for both syndicated and bilateral loans, assessing the financial health and risk profile of corporate borrowers.
Draft high-quality credit applications for loan approvals, including cash flow analysis, debt capacity, covenant compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
