IT Operations Manager - What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Assist Head of IT in managing the London Branch’s IT functions, with a particular focus on IT operations and maintenance. Primarily responsible for IT infrastructure, system and network operations and maintenance, production operations management, and related information security activities, ensuring the secure, stable, and efficient operation of the Branch’s IT environment..
Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Branch’s IT infrastructure.
Manage network and core system operations and maintenance.
Implement HO’s IT operations and maintenance management requirements.
Manage IT changes, incidents, and problems.
Participate in disaster recovery, emergency response, and business continuity management.
Support London Branch employees with IT requirements to ensure they have the right technology and support for their day-to-day work.
Assist to support branch’s information security work and safeguard branch’s network against cybersecurity events.
Coordinate with IT vendors and third-party technical service providers.
Support the implementation of the Branch’s IT projects.
