Job Title: Mandarin speaking Credit Analyst (Banking)
The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English, with solid Credit Analysis experience in Syndication Loans or Corporate Banking sector
Your New Salary: £50-70k depending on experience
Job Status: Permanent. Office based
Credit Analyst - What You'll be Doing:
Developing solid relationships with arrangers through participating in lenders’ meeting and with relationship manager to solicit potential syndication loans in the primary and secondary markets for stable business development.
Coordinating loan application process of Head Office approval with Head Office Credit Management Department for underwriting considerations including without limitation, KYC procedure, major terms and conditions review (loan type, loan amount, loan terms, purpose, security, repayment, pricing, etc), company business overview, financial performance evaluation (historical and projected), credit agencies’ reports study, industry outlook research, loan pricing rationale, cash flow and deleveraging analysis (if available), country exposure identification, and so forth.
Reviewing credit agreements substantially properly stated in line with original term sheet and assure all required collateral documents accurately recorded in time.
Conducting industry report analysis for management’s review regarding current market conditions (if applicable).
Maintaining loan files well bundled in place to ensure all required documents are effective and up to date.
Credit Analyst - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Good written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
Solid Credit Analysis experience in Syndication Loans or Corporate Banking sector.
IT skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills are essential.
Willing to learn and open mind for job rotation within the department.
