This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic accounting experience who is looking to develop their finance career within a well-established Japanese company.
Accounts Assistant - Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day payment processing and accounting administration
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers accurately
- Support accounts payable and other routine finance tasks
- Check invoices and financial documents carefully
- Assist the Finance team with general accounting and administrative duties
- Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Manager and complete tasks accurately and on time
- Communicate with internal teams in English to support smooth financial operations
Accounts Assistant - Requirements:
- Some previous experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to work
- Reliable, responsible and willing to follow instructions
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Able to work professionally in an English-speaking environment
- Immediate availability or the ability to start very soon is highly desirable
