People Dynamix is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant based in Wallasey, England. The role requires supporting children with autism and other Special Educational Needs (SEN) ideally within a primary school.
Candidates must have an enhanced DBS check and be skilled in providing feedback to parents and staff regarding daily achievements and challenges. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to track progress and adjust support strategies.
Knowledge of autism-friendly strategies such as PECS and Makaton is ideal, although training can be provided.
