We are looking for a dedicated and experienced site manager to join our school team. As a site manager, you will be crucial to the smooth and safe running of our school premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with external contractors for major works.
- Ensure the school site is compliant with all health and safety legislation, including fire safety, legionella checks and risk assessments.
- Be responsible for the security of the premises, including locking/unlocking the site and managing alarm systems.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Commitment to safeguarding all young people.
- Willingness to be part of a team.
- Ability to adhere to the school's policies and procedures, especially the equal opportunities policy, child protection policy and all health & safety related policies.
- Proven good attendance and punctuality.
