Warehouse Operative & FLT (Counterbalance) – Rotating Shifts
Location: Warrington (remote site – no public transport. You must have your own transport or live very local.)
Shifts: Rotating options – 06:00–14:00 or 08:00–16:00, and 14:00–22:00 (Mon–Fri)
We’re hiring a reliable Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver for a busy distribution site handling large, bulky items.
Must have:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Recent experience moving very large/bulky loads safely (wide/long/heavy items)
What you’ll do:
- FLT counterbalance driving: safe loading/unloading, put-away & stock moves
- Handle oversized goods with care (use of straps, spacers, load checks)
- Picking, goods-in/out, basic inventory tasks
- Follow site H&S, manual handling and housekeeping standards
You’ll bring:
- Strong awareness of load security and safe travel with bulky items
- Good communication, teamwork and reliability for rotating shifts
