People Dynamix Education are currently recruiting Midday Assistants to support a welcoming primary school in the Wirral area. This role involves supervising children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour across the dining hall, playground, and classroom areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment in dining and play areas
  • Support positive behaviour and encourage social interaction
  • Assist with general lunchtime routines
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of lunchtime supervision

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Either 11:35am – 12:55pm or 12:05pm – 1:25pm
Term time only (38 weeks per year)

Requirements

  • Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
  • Caring, patient, and reliable nature
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
