People Dynamix Education is working with a Primary School in Wallasey, Wirral, to find a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, understands the importance of building positive relationships and wants to play an active role in supporting pupils' learning, development and confidence.
With consistent weekday hours, this role could suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for their next long-term opportunity in a primary school.
The role
You’ll work alongside the class teacher to support pupils throughout the school day, helping them access learning, stay engaged and develop their confidence and independence.
You’ll play an important part in the classroom, adapting your approach to pupils’ needs, providing encouragement where it’s needed and helping create a positive environment where children can thrive.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Location: Wallasey, Wirral
Pay: Up to £600 per week, depending on experience
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs is essential.
- Builds positive, supportive relationships with pupils.
- Is patient, proactive and confident supporting children’s learning.
- Works effectively alongside teachers and other school staff.
- Can adapt their approach to meet pupils’ individual needs.
- Is reliable, committed and keen to make a genuine difference.
What you’ll receive
- Up to £600 per week, depending on experience and assignment details.
