People Dynamix Education is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Primary School on The Wirral. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to support pupils and teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Wirral

Working Pattern: Full time (flexible and part-time opportunities also available)
DBS Check: Enhanced
Qualification: Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or experience
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Assist in the development of learning resources and classroom organisation.
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support.
- Encourage and support the social and emotional development of children.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3) or experience in a similar role.
- An enhanced DBS certificate.
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
