People Dynamix Education are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across our growing network of Primary Schools throughout The Wirral and the wider Merseyside area.
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for greater flexibility, searching for a long-term role, or simply looking for a new opportunity within education, we'd love to hear from you.
We work closely with Primary Schools across The Wirral and wider Merseyside, providing everything from flexible day-to-day supply through to longer-term and permanent opportunities.

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Build positive and supportive relationships with children
- Can work effectively alongside class teachers and other school staff
- Are confident supporting individuals, small groups or whole classes
- Can help pupils remain engaged, motivated and confident in their learning
- Have a calm, positive and consistent approach
- Are adaptable, reliable and professional
- Put the needs of children at the heart of everything they do
Experience supporting pupils with SEND, 1:1 support, interventions or additional learning needs is particularly welcomed.
