About the Role
People Dynamix Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work across care and healthcare settings in the Birkdale area.
We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced HCAs who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and day-to-day support
- Supporting service users with mobility and daily activities
- Assisting with manual handling where required
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Supporting with meals and general care needs
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following all safeguarding, health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous HCA or care experience
- Practical manual handling experience desirable
- Caring, patient and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS desirable
- Right to work in the UK
