Communications & Marketing Manager

DanceEast is seeking an established Communications & Marketing specialist to join its highly skilled team, to drive forward change across the function. Profile and income have been identified as strategic priorities by the DanceEast Board, and the Communications & Marketing Manager will play a key role in achieving these aims. As DanceEast embarks on its next chapter, with an incoming Chief Executive & Creative Director, this is a unique opportunity for a purpose-driven Communications professional to make an impact at one of the UK’s leading dance organisations. The successful candidate will grow brand awareness amongst stakeholder groups and ensure key messages are pushed out across DanceEast’s channels, in the press, and other relevant forums. They will work with the Head of Communications & Development to establish marketing plans, servicing existing and growing new audiences. Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a Communications and Marketing role, preferably in the cultural sector, and ideally in dance; with experience of delivering successful communications strategies for a range of audiences/stakeholders.
