We are looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Staff Accommodation Cleaning Operative to help maintain our team accommodation to a consistently high standard. This role is about more than cleaning — it’s about creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where our team can relax and feel at home. This is a permanent, part‑time (8 hour) contract, working two days per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Clean and maintain shared kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, and shower facilities.
- Keep corridors, stairways, and communal areas clean and presentable.
- Support with bedroom changeover cleaning when required.
- Empty bins and manage waste and recycling appropriately.
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and report when supplies need replenishing.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules to maintain excellent accommodation standards.
- Ensure all accommodation areas remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming for staff.
Qualifications:
