About the role

Our client is a highly respected and successful independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for customer service and a positive, supportive working culture. The role is Monday‑Friday only, with no weekend working. We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join our busy team and play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales progression experience, or a residential sales professional looking to move into a more administrative and relationship‑focused role.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing residential property sales from sale agreed to completion
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties involved in the transaction
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may delay progression
  • Providing regular updates to clients and colleagues
  • Building strong relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Working closely with negotiators and branch teams to deliver successful outcomes

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales progression within residential estate agency
  • Alternatively, experience as a Sales Negotiator looking to move into a Monday‑Friday role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
