About the role
Our client is a highly respected and successful independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for customer service and a positive, supportive working culture. The role is Monday‑Friday only, with no weekend working. We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join our busy team and play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales progression experience, or a residential sales professional looking to move into a more administrative and relationship‑focused role.
Key responsibilities
- Managing residential property sales from sale agreed to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties involved in the transaction
- Identifying and resolving issues that may delay progression
- Providing regular updates to clients and colleagues
- Building strong relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Working closely with negotiators and branch teams to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales progression within residential estate agency
- Alternatively, experience as a Sales Negotiator looking to move into a Monday‑Friday role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
