Covering Stoneleigh, West Ewell, Chessington, Worcester Park and surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in valuations, winning instructions and generating new business. The company has built an outstanding reputation for customer service and results and is seeking an individual who can further strengthen its market presence whilst delivering exceptional service to vendors.

The Role

  • Carrying out residential market appraisals and valuations
  • Winning new instructions and increasing market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
  • Generating new business through canvassing, networking and referrals
  • Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing and local market conditions
  • Negotiating offers where required
  • Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
  • Ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuation Manager
