People 4 Property are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their successful branch in Shepperton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or existing Assistant Sales Manager looking to progress their career with an established business that offers genuine career development, an outstanding reputation and excellent earning potential.
You will be joining a well-established office supported by two experienced Sales Negotiators, a dedicated administrator and an in-house Sales Progression team, allowing you to concentrate on winning instructions, supporting your team and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new property instructions through market appraisals
- Negotiating residential property sales from instruction through to completion
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the officeCoaching and motivating the sales team to achieve excellent results
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Generating new business and increasing market share
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process
- Working closely with the administration and Sales Progression teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Estate agency experience within residential sales
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer/Lister, Assistant Sales Manager or similar
- Proven ability to win instructions and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Ambitious, professional and commercially driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
