The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing sales
