Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, you will be responsible for
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Managing the sales process through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Working towards individual and branch targets
About You
- Previous experience within residential estate agency
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or similar role
- A proven track record of generating business and winning instructions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and customer‑focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
