The Role

As a Senior Estate Agent / Lister, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
  • Registering and qualifying buyers
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and securing sales
