The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers move home while delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting accompanied property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent within residential property
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive, target-driven attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
