Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to work within both sales and lettings in this busy independent agency.
OTE £40,000 - £50,000 pa. Competitive basic salary and excellent initial guarantee to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Great tiered commission package starting at 10% and increasing. Car allowance of £3,000 pa - you will need your own car. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm five days a week. Some Saturday working is required, on a rota, with a day off given if the Saturday is worked. Responsibilities as Sales & Lettings Negotiator will include:
- Securing market appraisals for properties to sell and let in the Reigate area and conducting viewings.
- Working with the Director to value and take on properties.
- Negotiating and closing deals to ensure properties are successfully sold or let in line with the latest legislation.
- Liaising with the lettings property management team when a let is agreed so that they can produce all tenancy documentation required.
- Being a key part of a highly successful team with great career potential.
- Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation.
What we are looking for:
- Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator.
- A successful track record of selling and/or letting residential properties in a similar area.
- Local knowledge of Reigate and the surrounding areas would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale or letting.
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner.
- A UK driving licence - please note you will need to use your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance.
