• Have a successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area
• Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Possess excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Be up to date with the latest lettings regulations
• Ideally have a good local knowledge of the Weybridge area
• Have a UK driving licence
