Our client is seeking an ambitious and professional New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of exciting new-build developments, helping buyers find their dream home whilst building a rewarding and successful career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings of new-build homes and developments
- Managing buyer enquiries and converting leads into sales
- Building strong relationships with purchasers and developers
- Qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Negotiating reservations and progressing sales through to completion
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers throughout the purchase process
- Ensuring marketing suites and show homes are presented to an exceptional standard
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage
About You
- Experience in New Homes, Estate Agency, Property Sales, Lettings or a customer-facing sales environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and positive approach to sales
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- A professional and polished presentation
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
