Overview
People 4 Property are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent estate agency for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful Guildford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious estate agent looking to develop their career within the premium residential property market. You'll be selling exceptional homes throughout Guildford and the Surrey Hills, with property values typically ranging from £800,000 to £3 million. Working within a highly respected team, you'll build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to agreed sale.
Responsibilities
- Registering buyers and arranging property viewings
- Conducting accompanied viewings of premium residential properties
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales through to agreed terms before handover to the Sales Progression team
- Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Generating new business through networking, referrals and local market knowledge
- Identifying valuation opportunities and winning new instructions
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- At least 18-24 months' experience in residential estate agency sales
- A successful track record as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence working with premium properties and high-value clients
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Professional, motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
