Multi Branch Independent People 4 Property are recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent estate agency in Camberley, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong, successful office with huge potential for further growth. We are looking for an estate agent who enjoys the proactive side of the job – building relationships, generating new business, creating valuation opportunities and converting applicants into sales. You’ll be joining an established team and playing an important role in the continued success and growth of the branch.

The Role
- Registering and qualifying new buyers
- Understanding applicants' requirements, position and timescales
- Proactively matching applicants to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Obtaining and communicating constructive viewing feedback
- Negotiating offers confidently and professionally
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and providing market updates
- Proactively prospecting for new business
- Identifying valuation opportunities and booking market appraisals
- Developing relationships with homeowners considering selling
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Camberley and surrounding property market
- Identifying opportunities for price adjustments and changes to marketing strategy
- Keeping applicant and vendor records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the wider branch team to progress agreed sales
- Supporting junior members of the team where required
- Contributing towards individual and branch targets
About You
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious and commercially minded, with a genuine enthusiasm for residential estate agency.
- Ideally, you will have:
- Previous residential estate agency experience
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Confidence speaking with homeowners and identifying valuation opportunities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Good attention to detail
- A professional and personable approach
- A positive, competitive and team-focused attitude
- Knowledge of Camberley and the surrounding areas would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence
