The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

40 hours per week. The Supervisor of works is responsible for supporting the Foreman and GM around supervising the on-site Engineering team. This includes managing the Engineering team on all planned and reactive maintenance needs on site, ensuring the equipment needed is available and ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum. The Supervisor of works is also responsible for supporting all engineering aspects of the project work that comes into Penzance Dry Dock.

Must be willing to undergo a medical and random drug/alcohol screening if required. Security clearance may be required for certain MOD projects.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Qualified engineer with proven supervisory experience
  • Engineering skills (preferably mechanical and electrical with welding skills)
  • People management experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a busy operational environment.
