As a Relief Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll make a difference to people’s lives every day. Relief Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners work in collaborative teams to provide people with recovery focused support to enhance their mental wellbeing.

Relief Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners provide support across all of our Edinburgh services, including both HMO and supported living settings. Flexibility is paramount in this role, and we are particularly keen to hear from applicants who can offer availability throughout the week, cover sleepover shifts when required, and step in at short notice to support the needs of the service.

While previous experience is not essential, it is highly advantageous. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate confidence in supporting people with mental health and wellbeing needs, often within a lone-working environment. Knowledge of medication management would also be beneficial.

Full induction, training, and ongoing support will be provided to all successful applicants to ensure they are equipped to meet our specific service requirements.

This role is ideally suited to someone who is adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working across different settings to provide high-quality support whenever it is needed.
