Main Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the EMEA marketing strategy, aligning regional goals with local market needs.
  • Lead product launches and lifecycle management, including campaigns, positioning, and marketing materials to empower Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy and uncover opportunities.
  • Support events, workshops, and educational programs, while actively educating and training Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market insights and develop key therapeutic areas.
  • Drive market development initiatives for Venous and Peripheral Embolisation therapies, proactively identifying opportunities and supporting regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with other functions such as Clinical, Reimbursement or Operations to implement initiatives, define tactics, and grow your professional network.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; healthcare marketing or product management certifications are a plus.
  • 7+ years' experience in healthcare or medical device marketing or sales, with strong product launch and lifecycle management expertise.
  • Solid knowledge of therapy areas, local healthcare systems, reimbursement, and vascular market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute product launches and campaigns; strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross‐functional collaboration skills; fluent English.
  • Strategic, hands‐on, and customer‐focused thinker who can translate insights into action.
  • Experience supporting Sales teams and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Familiarity with interventional radiology, cath lab, or OR environments is a plus.
