Penumbra's Edinburgh Crisis Centre is seeking a Team Leader to manage a diverse Recovery Practitioner staff team providing crisis and distress support to adults in Edinburgh, delivered by phone, email or in person.
You will work with the DBI programme and partners to implement integrated distress support, supervise training, and promote a personalised recovery focused approach, with usual hours 9-5 Monday–Friday and occasional evenings or weekends.
