Penumbra’s Edinburgh Crisis Centre seeks a Team Leader to manage and supervise a diverse Recovery Practitioner staff team, delivering compassionate crisis and distress support to people aged 16 and over in the City of Edinburgh. The role focuses on coordinating crisis response and Distress Brief Intervention training, in partnership with DBI peers, to help people live meaningful lives in the community.
Usual hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, with occasional evenings, weekends and night shifts.
