We are looking for a dynamic Vascular Marketing Manager, based in the UK or Benelux, to support the growth and strategic development of Penumbra's vascular portfolio across the UK, Nordics, Benelux, and Ireland. In this role, you will work closely with local and regional teams to plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives, such as product launches, events, medical education, and congress activities.

This highly fieldâoriented role combines handsâon execution with strategic collaboration. You will gather insights from the field, support teams during launch activities, and collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing colleagues to strengthen Penumbra's market presence and create meaningful value for healthcare professionals and their patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product launches, events, congresses, and medical education initiatives, supporting teams during rollout phases to ensure smooth execution.
- Gather insights from the field, analyze KOL feedback and customer input, and translate these into actionable strategies for market development and tactical planning.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing colleagues to share ideas, coâcreate solutions, and drive initiatives forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and professional societies to strengthen Penumbra's presence and reputation.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that combine strategic vision with handsâon execution, adding value in customer interactions and keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Act as a connector between local markets, regional markets and EMEA teams, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and crossâfunctional alignment.
- Support team enablement through training, workshops, and sharing field insights to ensure learnings are translated into impactful actions.
- Provide operational support for cases, launches, and other key activities to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in vascular and/or interventional cardiology, with around 7 years of total experience in the MedTech industry.
- Customerâfacing experience (Sales, Clinical, or Marketing) with the ability to turn field insights into impactful initiatives.
- Strategic thinker who is also handsâon and comfortable working closely in the field.
- Proven track record in product launches, market analysis, and KOL management.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in crossâfunctional environments.
- Analytical mindset with project management skills and the ability to deliver results independently.
- Motivated to create value in customer interactions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
