Pentonbridge is a 9 bedroom Luxury Inn with a Michelin star and 3 AA Rosette Award Winning Restaurant. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our 1 Michelin star, 3AA Rosette Restaurant. We operate a 4-day working week from Wednesday to Saturday understanding the need for a good work/life balance. We also offer a comprehensive private healthcare scheme for all our employees.
Located on the border of Scotland but only 20 minutes outside Carlisle, the restaurant serves a Tasting Menu of fine dining British dishes. As a Chef de Partie at Pentonbridge Inn, you will play a key role in delivering our ever-evolving tasting menus that celebrate the best of the seasons. Working closely with our on-site garden team and walled kitchen garden, you will have a unique opportunity to cook with exceptional, hyper-seasonal produce—often harvested just hours before service.
You will be responsible for running your own section to the highest standard, contributing to menu development, and helping to maintain a positive, professional environment in our focused and collaborative kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven chef to develop their skills whilst maintaining a good work-life balance within a forward-thinking Company. We provide uniform and live-in accommodation if necessary.
