JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – Cucina Italiana Autentica. Solo per veri professionisti della cucina italiana. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who truly understands and respects authentic Italian cuisine. This is not an entry‑level role. We are only considering experienced professionals ready to step up or already working at Junior Sous level.

A busy, quality-driven Italian restaurant using the finest Italian ingredients. Everything is freshly prepared in house – pasta fresca fatta a mano, dough prepared daily, sauces made from scratch. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Italian restaurant.
- Currently a Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up OR already a Junior Sous Chef.
- Strong, proven knowledge of:
- Fresh pasta production (pasta fresca) – essential.
- Pizza & dough fermentation.
- Traditional Italian sauces and techniques.
- Either Italian OR must have solid experience working in authentic Italian kitchens.
- Passionate about cooking – la cucina è una vocazione, non solo un lavoro.
- Punctual, reliable, organised.
- Able to lead a section and support the Head Chef.
- Calm under pressure, with strong service skills.
Working Hours
Kitchen start time: 10:00 AM. Last kitchen order: 21:30 PM. No early starts. No late-night finishes. We believe in work-life balance.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations.
- Oversee pasta and pizza sections.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Train and guide junior staff.
- Ensure mise en place is always at the highest level.
- Respect recipes and traditions.
